Preflight check
Missing key fields
Records missing the fields everything else depends on.
01
How Preflight finds it
For each object, it counts records where a key field is empty:
- Contacts: email, name, job title, company.
- Companies: name, domain.
- Deals: name, stage, amount, owner.
02
Why it costs you
The Completeness score is the average fill rate, weighted by how many records each object has.
Anything blank silently drops out of segments, routing and reports:
- No domain means no enrichment match.
- No title means no persona targeting.
- No amount means the deal is worth $0 in your pipeline.
Counted and rated, not priced.
03
What “fixed” looks like
- Backfill. The fields you pick at kickoff (headcount, industry, HQ, domain, LinkedIn URL) are backfilled to the fill rate agreed for each field. Enrichment runs on your own credits, or we pass the cost through at cost.
- Owners. Every open deal gets an owner.
04
How it stays fixed
Fields you name at kickoff are required at each pipeline stage, so they can’t be skipped again.
