Preflight
Is Preflight really free?
Yes. Read-only, no commitment. You get the report and a fixed quote either way, within 2 business days of access.
Will it slow down my CRM?
No. The scanner stays within Attio’s and HubSpot’s rate limits. When either one says slow down, it waits and retries.
What does it look at?
Contacts, companies and deals, up to 20,000 of each. Not custom objects, emails or notes.
Does the score reflect my pipeline?
Yes. Pipeline is one of the seven dimensions and carries the largest weight. Stuck, unowned, dead-owned and dateless deals pull it down, and the ones with a dollar line are priced separately in the dollar figure.
Where do the dollar figures come from?
Named assumptions, printed in your report next to the math. For example: 4 minutes of rep time per duplicate per month, at $65 an hour. Give us your numbers and we’ll re-run it.
Overhaul
What does “done” mean?
A checklist you sign at kickoff. Every line is pass/fail. When they all pass, we’re done.
What if you don’t hit it?
Every item on the checklist we agree at kickoff passes within 7 business days of access, or the second half is on us.
The clock pauses while we’re waiting on you.
Do I need to be on calls during the build?
No. One 30-minute kickoff, one 20-minute handover.
Will you change anything I didn’t approve?
No. Only what’s on the signed checklist. Anything else is a new piece of work, agreed first. We snapshot your data before any bulk change.
Can you move us off spreadsheets or another CRM?
One simple migration: one source (a CSV export or one CRM), up to 10,000 records, into Attio or HubSpot, standard fields mapped and reconciled row for row. Anything bigger is quoted separately.
How do we pay?
50% when you sign, 50% when the checklist passes.
Who owns what you build?
You do. It’s your workspace. No lock-in, no retainer.
Access and security
What access do you need?
One read-only token for Preflight. One scoped build token for an Overhaul. Never admin, billing or user management. Full detail →
How do I revoke it?
One click in your CRM’s settings. Access keys are revoked and deleted at handover.
What happens to the scan data?
Scan data is deleted within 30 days unless you hire us. If you do, it becomes the “before” half of your handover pack.
Automations
When can I get Flight Plan, Radar or Black Box?
They’re coming soon. We don’t publish dates we can’t keep. Pricing on request. Founding clients get Flight Plan and Radar free for their first 60 days once each launches.
What we don’t do
Do you write emails, run sequences or do outbound?
No. No sequences, no copywriting, no strategy decks. We build the CRM, and it keeps running after we leave.
