Inconsistent values

Two fields are checked:

• Job titles: grouped when they match after ignoring capitals, periods, commas and extra spaces, but are spelled differently.
• Countries: common aliases are mapped first. US, USA, U.S.A. and United States of America become United States. UK, U.K. and Britain become United Kingdom. Records using a minority spelling are flagged.

A filter for “VPs in the United States” returns part of the list. Reports split one group into three. Counted and rated, not priced.

• Titles. Every non-empty title is mapped to a seniority and a function from the taxonomy you approve at kickoff.
• Picklists only. Industry, lead source and region use picklist values only, with zero free text left.

The Overhaul normalizes more fields than Preflight checks.

Picklists replace free text, and the taxonomy is written into the data dictionary.
