These people don’t show up when a rep opens the account, including the champion who replied last month. Account reports and account-based lists undercount. Counted and rated, not priced.

Every contact whose email domain matches a company already in your CRM gets linked, with zero unresolved matches. Contacts on personal email addresses can’t be matched by rule, so they go on the exception list by name instead of being guessed.

On Attio, new people are matched to a company by email domain automatically, so most leftovers are personal addresses or old imports. The data dictionary documents how contacts get linked going forward.
